Use the Contact Us form when you need to ask about a public app page, search result, download route, policy, subscription, or review. For a search issue, include the words you entered and the app page you expected to find. Use only one submission for the same issue unless important new information becomes available.
Contact Form Review Process
Contact requests are reviewed according to the selected topic, the page involved, and whether the website has enough information to investigate. Repeated messages about the same issue may be grouped to reduce duplicate work. The confirmation means the message was stored, not that every requested action has been approved.
Contact Records Are Not Public
The form should not be used to send passwords, OTPs, bank credentials, wallet recovery phrases, or complete identity documents. Necessary cookies and form tokens may be used to protect submissions from abuse. Do not use the form to expose another person’s private information.
